Terms for organisations
Version of 2 November 2026 · The primary version is in Russian; in case of discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.
These Terms set out how schools, learning centres and companies (the “Organisation”) connect students or employees to the Aures Learning Platform under a licence from AKI PRIME SYSTEMS LLC (the “Operator”, “we”). They apply together with the licence contract (invoice); where they differ, the signed contract prevails.
1. Licence
The Operator grants the Organisation the right to connect an agreed number of students (seats) for the paid term. The Organisation gets a dashboard for its head and teachers: classes, student logins, progress, reports and the Studio for its own courses. The price, number of seats and term are set out in the contract or invoice.
2. Students’ personal data
2.1. The Organisation decides independently which students to connect and to what extent and, before entering their data, obtains the consent of the students and, for minors, of their parents or legal guardians to the processing of the data by the Operator for learning purposes (Law “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019).
2.2. The Operator processes students’ data only to provide services to the Organisation, keeps it secure and does not use it for advertising. No ads are shown to children aged 6–11.
2.3. The Organisation’s teachers see data for their own classes only; the head sees data for the whole Organisation.
3. Organisation’s obligations
Issue logins and passwords only to its own students, keep them confidential and remove students who leave promptly; ensure teachers comply with the Terms of use; not share access with third parties; pay for the licence on time.
4. Organisation’s courses
Courses published by the Organisation’s teachers as “school only” are free for its students and invisible to other users. Teachers’ public courses are sold under the “Author agreement”.
5. End of the licence
When the paid term ends, students lose access to paid features; their progress is kept. At the Organisation’s request, within 30 days the Operator exports the reports and deletes students’ data unless the law requires it to be kept.
6. Liability
The Organisation is responsible for the lawful entry of students’ data and for having the consents. The Operator is responsible for keeping the data secure and for the operation of the Platform within the limits set by the contract and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
