Parental (legal guardian) consent

Version of 2 November 2026 · The primary version is in Russian; in case of discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

The box “I’m under 14: a parent or guardian knows about this registration and allows it”, ticked when registering a child, means that the child’s parent or other legal guardian confirms the following.

1. What the parent confirms

I am a parent (adoptive parent, guardian) of the child for whom the Account is being registered, I know about the registration and allow it; on the child’s behalf I accept the Terms of use and the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of the child’s personal data to the extent and for the purposes stated in the Consent (Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019).

2. How the Platform protects children

For children aged 6–11: simplified lessons, no ads, no payments or author courses without an adult (parental lock), and only the first name with the last-name initial and the hero are shown in leagues and rankings. Course materials are reviewed with regard to the Law “On Protecting Children from Information Harmful to Their Health” No. ZRU-444 of 08.09.2017.

3. Parent’s rights

A parent may at any time request information about the child’s data, correct it, withdraw consent and delete the Account — in the app settings or via support. Payments for a child are made by a parent or with their consent.

4. School students

If the child studies at a partner school and signed in with a login issued by a teacher, parental consent is obtained by the school under the “Terms for organisations”; no separate mark in the app is needed.
