Content rules

Version of 2 November 2026 · The primary version is in Russian; in case of discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

These rules are binding on course authors, teachers and anyone who posts materials on the Platform. They protect students, including children, and right holders.

1. Prohibited content

Materials that violate the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan; calls for violence, extremism, incitement of hatred or discrimination; sexual content; information harmful to children’s health and development (Law “On Protecting Children from Information Harmful to Their Health” No. ZRU-444 of 08.09.2017); other people’s materials without the right holder’s permission; other people’s personal data without their consent; hidden advertising and links to third-party paid services; false promises (guaranteed employment, a “state diploma” and the like); malicious links and files.

2. Course requirements

The title and description match the content; lessons contain theory or video and exercises with checkable answers; materials are factually accurate and suitable for the selected age group; the course language is stated correctly.

3. Moderation

Public courses are reviewed before publication and after significant changes. The Operator may reject a course giving the reason, remove it from the catalogue, and in case of repeated or serious violations terminate author status.

4. Right holders’ complaints

If your material has been posted without permission, contact support with a link to the course, a description of the material and proof of your rights. We hide the disputed material within 3 working days while we review it, notify the author and tell you the result. A knowingly false complaint makes the complainant liable.

5. Reporting violations

Any unacceptable material can be reported to support. Reports of material dangerous to children are handled first.
