Terms of use

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Aures Learning education platform (website, web app and apps for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux). The platform is developed and provided by AKI PRIME SYSTEMS LLC (“we”). Schools and learning centres join the platform as partners under a separate agreement.

By signing up or using the platform you accept these terms.

2. Account

Signing up requires a phone number, name and password. The phone number is your login. Partner school students sign in with a login and password from their teacher.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you are under 16, use the platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Learning and certificates

The platform provides online courses, practice exercises and final exams. A certificate is issued for a final exam score of at least 80%.

The certificate confirms completion of an online course on the Aures Learning platform. It is not a state-recognised education document and does not confer a qualification. Employers and other organisations may take it into account at their own discretion. Authenticity can be verified by number on the website.

We may revoke a certificate obtained in breach of these terms.

4. Free plan and paid services

Core courses, the first units of premium courses and exams are free. The free plan has a limited number of hearts and shows ads (including partner ads labelled “Ad”; no ads between lessons in kids mode).

Paid services: monthly or yearly PRO, lifetime PRO, buying a single premium course forever, activating a certificate on the free plan, and packs of in-app coins. Prices are shown in the app before payment. Payment is made via Click or Payme, which issue the fiscal receipt. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Coins are an in-app currency with no cash value: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred.

Students and employees of organisations connected under a licence get full access for the licence term.

5. Referral programme

The inviter receives PRO days when an invited friend signs up with their link and completes the required number of lessons. Rewards obtained by abuse may be cancelled.

6. Refunds

If a purchase was not activated after payment or you were charged twice, contact support and we will refund or activate access. Refunds for an unused subscription period are reviewed individually within 14 days of payment. Spent coins, activated certificates and courses whose exam has been passed are non-refundable.

7. Conduct

Sharing accounts, using bots to complete exercises, attempting unauthorised access and copying or distributing course materials without permission are prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

Course materials, heroes, design and code belong to their right holders and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee the absence of errors or downtime.
