1. Who processes your data

The personal data operator is AKI PRIME SYSTEMS LLC. If you study at a partner school, the school receives your class and progress data to the extent needed for teaching. Processing follows Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019.

2. What we collect

Name, phone number, password (hashed), age group, chosen courses, learning progress, exam results and purchase records. For partner school students — class and teacher. If you send a request to a partner (for example, a trial lesson), we share your name and phone with them only with the consent you tick in the request form.

We do not collect passport or bank card data — payments are handled by Click and Payme.

3. Why we use it

To run your account and sync progress across devices; issue and verify certificates; show rankings and leagues; grant referral rewards; process payments; answer support requests; improve courses using anonymised statistics.

4. Who can see it

In leagues, other students see your first name with your last-name initial, your hero and weekly XP. Partner school teachers see their classes’ progress. Anyone with a certificate number can see the name, course, score and date — this is needed for verification.

We do not sell personal data. It may be shared only with payment providers, the SMS provider and government bodies upon lawful request.

5. Where and how long

Personal data of citizens of Uzbekistan is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Data is kept while the account exists and deleted within 30 days after account deletion, except records that must be kept by law.

6. Security

Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Connections use HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correct it, withdraw consent and ask for account deletion. Contact support and we will reply within 7 days.

8. Children

For users under 16, consent is given by a parent or legal guardian. Children do not see ads between lessons.

9. On-device storage

The app stores progress and settings on your device to work offline. We do not use advertising trackers in the app.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
